Bartender and Server Support

Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while efficiently managing drink orders and maintaining the bar area. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in placing orders for bar supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is essential to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
