Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Commis comptable rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), avec une expérience en comptes recevable, incluant la facturation et le suivi des paiements. La personne recherchée se distingue par son souci du détail, sa capacité à respecter les échéanciers, à assurer un suivi précis des dossiers et sa maîtrise des outils informatiques.

Quart de travail : Lundi au vendredi, (7 :30 am – 4 :30 pm)

Responsabilités :
- Responsable des comptes recevable
- Traiter les factures clients, incluant la vérification, l’entrée de données et le classement.
- Assurer le suivi des comptes recevables, envoyer les relevés et effectuer les rappels de paiement auprès des clients.
- Concilier les comptes et les transactions, incluant les états de compte et les écarts de facturation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes, afin de résoudre les questions liées à la facturation, aux paiements et aux crédits.
- Support dans l’entrée de donnée de la paie
- Autres tâches connexes
Expérience et habiletés :
- DEP en comptabilité ou tout autre étude connexe
- Minimum un an d’expérience avec compte recevable
- Maîtrise avancée à l’oral et écrit du français
- Maîtrise intermédiaire de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, afin de communiquer avec la clientèle anglophone.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk with experience in accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate stands out for their attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, ensure accurate follow-up, and proficiency with computer systems.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable
- Process customer invoices, including verification, data entry, and filing
- Monitor accounts receivable, send statements, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts and transactions, including account statements and billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to invoicing, payments, and credits
- Support payroll data entry
- Perform other related tasks as required
Experience & Skills
- DEP in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French
- Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English, required to communicate with English-speaking clients
