- Gather documentation for underwriting and case processing
- Track and follow up on insurance applications
- Prepare and deliver policies to clients
- Provide comprehensive policy support services
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all records
- 3-5+ years in insurance case coordination
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products
- Customer service training background
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
