Bilingual Health Physicist at CNL

CNL invites applications for a Bilingual Operational Health Physicist to oversee radiation safety measures at Gentilly and La Prade. Harness your expertise in radiation protection standards and procedures. This key position focuses on evaluating and ensuring regulatory compliance in radiation protection at multiple sites. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in radiation protection instrumentation and strong bilingual communication skills in English and French to support various safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review radiation protection work plans
- Lead compliance inspections and program assessments
- Monitor non-conformances and corrective actions
- Review gamma spectroscopy data for safety decisions
- Conduct training for staff and support dosimetry programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related science or engineering field
- At least three years of relevant technical experience
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Fluent in both English and French
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
