Rescue Tech / PCP / Full Time / Camp

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected leader in emergency response, healthcare, and safety services while enjoying a balanced 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule .

What You'll Be Doing

As part of Haztech's Emergency Response Team, you'll play a critical role in protecting people, property, and the environment by delivering professional emergency response services at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to on-site emergencies and incidents
• Provide firefighting, medical, and rescue support as required
• Perform confined space rescue and rope rescue operations
• Conduct confined space monitoring and work-at-heights standby services
• Maintain, inspect, and test fire, rescue, and EMS equipment
• Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and training exercises
• Complete inspections, reports, and documentation accurately and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all client, site, and Haztech safety procedures and standards
• Support safe operations through proactive hazard identification and risk mitigation

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• NFPA 1001 Level I & II
• NFPA 1006 Rope Rescue or equivalent certification
• Confined Space Rescue certification
• Rope Rescue certification
• First Responder Level B
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Clean criminal record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work rotational schedules and travel throughout Saskatchewan

Assets

• Saskatchewan PCP (Primary Care Paramedic) License
• Saskatchewan EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) License
• NFPA 1002
• 1+ year of firefighting, industrial emergency response, or rescue experience
• Class 3A Driver's License or ability to obtain one
• Industrial site experience in mining, energy, construction, or related sectors
