Executive Assistant, Permanent Full Time

The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in various areas and providing support to the CMHA Battlefords Branch board and team as needed in accordance with the agency mandate, goals and objectives.  

Responsibilities
Receptionist duties, office administration, membership administration, financial administration (bookkeeping (Sage), bank deposits, assist with budget and audit);assisting with grants, fundraising, special events, annual general meeting, reporting; promotion of programs, services and initiatives; payroll processing (ADP), perform other office duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Business Administration Diploma or equivalent of 2 years or more experience in the administrative field.
Bookkeeping and basic accounting practices, experience with Sage 50.
Payroll administration, experience with ADP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
