This full-time, permanent role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring reliable operation of plant equipment. DetailsMondayFriday

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, motors, and machinery
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components
Complete welding and metalworking as required
Read blueprints, manuals, and equipment specifications
Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize downtime
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns
Respond to emergency breakdowns when required
Follow HACCP, GMP, and Occupational Health & Safety standards
Support additional maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications
35 years of maintenance experience in a processing plant, grain facility, agricultural operation, or similar environment
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment
Welding, electrical, and motor repair experience is an asset
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations
