- Lead and inspire commercial lines teams across regions

- Oversee growth processes, ensuring profitability
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
- Minimum 10 years in commercial lines
- 7+ years in progressive leadership roles
- Strong sales, service, and operational leadership skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication abilities
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred
