Senior Architect – In-Office, Full-Time | Regina, SK

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initiation through design development, construction documentation, and contract administration.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and coordination to ensure timely and successful completion of design milestones.
• Provide thoughtful, innovative design solutions.
• Produce and review detailed contract documents, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Apply in‑depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and constructible design solutions.
• Coordinate envelope design and technical detailing to meet performance, durability, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout all project phases.
• Ensure design intent is consistently maintained across all disciplines through clear communication and coordination.
• Review drawings and documentation for quality, consistency, and technical alignment across project teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship; foster a collaborative team environment that encourages learning, accountability, and design excellence.
• Manage internal client relationships and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client needs into effective design solutions.
• Participate in discussions with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years of post‑registration experience in architectural design and contract administration.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects through full design and construction phases.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop is an asset.
• Advanced understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and envelope design principles.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex design challenges.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
