We are seeking compassionate LPNs for agency assignments in Qualicum Beach. Working under the direction of the Director of Care, you will provide hands-on nursing care, support daily living activities, and contribute to resident-focused programs that promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life. - Accurate documentation and workload organization
- Current BCCNM LPN registration
- CPR/AED/First Aid
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- 1+ year recent experience in LTC, assisted living, or geriatrics
- Proficient with electronic documentation/eMAR
- Fully vaccinated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
