Bilingual Coordinator for Release Management

Drive successful IT releases as a Bilingual Release & Environment Project Coordinator. Focus on optimizing deployment processes and supporting teams through strong communication in a hybrid setting. In this essential role, you will manage the release schedule, collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams, and enforce compliance standards throughout the process. You'll also be responsible for developing documentation and conducting post-release evaluations to facilitate continuous improvement. Expertise in Agile and ITIL alongside strong communication skills is critical for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage release implementation plans
- Align release schedules with business goals
- Partner with teams to address risks and dependencies
- Create thorough release documentation and training
- Lead reviews for process enhancement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
- Minimum of 7 years in relevant project management
- Strong grounding in ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methods
- Knowledge of Azure services and automation tools
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
