Key Responsibilities

The Board of Directors contribute to Rooted’s governance and strategic direction, ensuring the organization remains aligned with its mission, values, and long‑term objectives. Their key responsibilities include:

• Supporting growth initiatives, including development projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Contributing to financial stewardship to ensure long‑term sustainability.

• Providing independent judgment and constructive feedback to management.
• Acting as ambassadors for Rooted and enhancing relationships within the communities and sectors the organization serves.
