Senior Employee Relations Consultant Role

Elevate employee experiences as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant on a 6-month contract. Provide strategic guidance to enhance satisfaction and wellness across the organization. In this senior role, you will coach HR business partners and leaders on managing complex employee relations issues. You will lead workplace investigations, recommend process improvements, and assess associated risks. Collaborating on cross-functional projects, you will ensure effective strategies to foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders on complex employee relations issues
- Coach HR and management on sensitive employee matters
- Lead workplace investigations from initiation to outcome
- Analyze trends and suggest policy improvements
- Manage communication with external parties effectively
- Post-secondary education in HR, Law, or related discipline
- Over 3 years of progressive employee relations experience
- Strong understanding of Canadian employment law
- Proven track record in conducting investigations
- Excellent communication and client-focused skills
