Dans le cadre de son développement Acon Academy recherche un(e) coordinateur(trice) des inscriptions et professeur de FLE. Le coordinateur devra assurer l’accueil des apprenants, la gestion des inscriptions et l’organisation des tests de placement. Le poste inclut également l’attribution des groupes, la communication avec les étudiants et l’enseignement du FLE (env. 10h/semaine).
MISSION GÉNÉRALE DU POSTE
- Accueillir et informer les nouveaux apprenants: répondre aux demandes, présenter les programmes, expliquer les niveaux et les modalités d’inscription.
- Gérer les inscriptions: création des dossiers étudiants, vérification des documents, enregistrement dans le système interne.
- Organiser les tests de placement et les classes démo: planification, communication aux candidats, supervision des sessions, attribution du niveau CECRL.
- Affecter les apprenants aux groupes: répartition selon le niveau, les disponibilités et les objectifs (FLE général, conversation, TEF/TCF, classes individuelles).
- Communiquer avec les étudiants: confirmations d’inscription, rappels de cours, informations sur les examens, réponses aux demandes de réorientation.
- Assurer des cours de FLE pour adultes du niveau A1 à C1 (environ 10h par semaine)

Acon Academy est un institut spécialisé dans l’enseignement du français langue étrangère (FLE) pour adultes, avec des programmes structurés du niveau A1 à C1, des cours de conversation, des classes individuelles et une préparation officielle aux examens TEF Canada et TCF.
Nos trois campus — Kelowna, Surrey et Vancouver — accueillent un public diversifié composé de nouveaux arrivants, de professionnels et d’apprenants visant des objectifs académiques, professionnels ou d’immigration.
Compétences requises :
- Excellente maîtrise du FLE et du CECRL.
- Connaissance des examens TEF/TCF (habilitation appréciée).
- Maîtrise des outils numériques éducatifs.
- Compétences relationnelles
- Leadership pédagogique et sens de l’accompagnement.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
- Anglais niveau B2 minimum
Diplôme requis : Master FLE ou 3 ans d'éxpérience en enseignement du FLE
Type de contrat : CDD Volume horaire par semaine : 20 à 30 heures Temps plein ou temps partiel selon disponibilité Horaires flexibles : journée, soirée, week-end. Durée : 2 ans Date de début du contrat : 2 novembre 2026 Rémunération : Selon expérience et qualifications. Date limite de candidature : 6 décembre 2026
