Take Out Associate

Job Responsibility:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and customer service, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns promptly
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the establishment
- Help with food service operations as needed
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a restaurant, or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
