Your Job
- Support activities related to the systems used and the application of documented processes.
- Implement information about business processes.
- Make connections between the various fields: knowledge, systems, procedures, and work methods.
- Identify and resolve operational problems.
- Carry out administrative activities: banking confirmations and transactions.
Your Team
Within Transaction Operations - Commercial Banking, you are part of a large team of 17 colleagues and report to the field manager. Our team stands out for its expertise and the quality of its deliverables, particularly in managing account openings, modifications and closings, transfers, and confirmations for commercial operations.

Prerequisites
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
