Manager Assurance

Job Responsibility:

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Engage directly with clients and partners across various projects.- Conduct analysis and review of financial information.- Serve as a manager on assurance teams overseeing audit and review engagements.- Provide leadership to assurance teams, including Senior Accountants and CPA Students, both in the office and on client sites.- Supervise the execution of engagements, ensuring compliance with established budgets and deadlines.- Contribute to staff training and the enhancement of processes.

**Required Experience and Education:**

- A minimum of four years of experience in public practice accounting, encompassing audit, review, preparation, and some compilation experience.- At least one year of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the field of public practice.- A Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or a similar qualification.- Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

- Proficiency in CaseWare, Tax Prep, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Spanish would be an advantage.- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships and effectively convey concepts and services to clients.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills related to both numerical data and conceptual frameworks.- A comprehensive understanding of assurance and accounting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
