Manager

The Manager is responsible for and accountable for the day-to-day Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring the floor is well-managed, the team is supported, and every guest receives a high-quality experience.

The Manager is responsible for maintaining strong floor coverage, managing labour throughout the shift — including staff cuts when appropriate — and ensuring the overall flow and energy of the room is running smoothly.

As the Manager, you’ll also be responsible for completing end-of-day reports and ensuring the restaurant is properly closed and ready for the next day.

ResponsibilitiesOperations

• Overseeing day-to-day operations with integrity, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Help deliver a high-quality, genuine hospitality experience for every guest.
• Maintain strong floor presence and ensure the room is operating smoothly throughout the shift.
• Create and manage the FOH schedule , ensuring appropriate staffing levels, coverage, and alignment with business needs.
• Manage labour effectively, making thoughtful staffing adjustments based on business levels.
• Lead the team through clear communication, direction, and follow-up.
• Complete all required end-of-day reporting and closing procedures.
