Franchising & Consolidation Senior Manager at Subway

Subway Group

Drive impactful growth at Subway as a Senior Manager in Franchising and Consolidation. You'll optimize market plans, enhance franchisee profitability, and navigate store transitions with strategic insights. This managerial role is vital for executing Subway’s market optimization strategies. Leveraging your experience in restaurant operations and finance, you will evaluate store transfers, closures, and asset improvements to support franchisee success. Your insights will enhance customer counts and average unit volume, paving the way for robust franchisee profitability across the network. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate cross functional Market Optimization plans
Evaluate store transfers and make strategic recommendations
Conduct financial analysis on store closures
Guide market teams on optimization benefits
Assess asset base opportunities for enhancements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required
3-6 years in restaurant operations or finance
Experience with mergers and acquisitions in QSR
Knowledge of franchise regulations and procedures
Strong strategic planning and sales analysis skills
