TUMI Luxury Retail Store Manager
TUMI
Lead TUMI luxury retail performance through sales leadership, KPI management, and client experience excellence in the store.
As Store Manager, you will guide daily operations while understanding TUMI’s lifestyle, clients, and product assortment. You will develop people, manage schedules, analyze business results, and maintain visual standards. Success includes strong sales execution, ethical leadership, and consistent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet individual and store sales goals and KPI metrics
- Lead by example and delegate tasks effectively
- Coach team members and build management succession plans
- Manage schedules, timecards, payroll, shipments, and inventory
- Deliver superior client experiences through events and client books
Requirements:
- Strong luxury sales and client experience preferred
- Proven success meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
- Passion for TUMI, its clients, products, and lifestyle
- Strong integrity, communication, and time management skills
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
