RH Senior Leader in Home Delivery

Lead the charge in home delivery excellence at RH. As a Senior Leader, you will shape operational strategies and enhance customer service across all delivery functions. Your primary role will involve driving performance across the Home Delivery Center while ensuring every customer interaction embodies RH's values. With a focus on developing leaders and managing financial outcomes, you will work collaboratively to elevate the delivery experience. Change management and operational audits will be part of your efforts to ensure consistent service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct strategy for Home Delivery operations and execution
- Lead talent development and team engagement initiatives
- Ensure financial stewardship and P&L accountability
- Manage vendor relationships and performance aligned with RH standards
- Assess operational effectiveness through site evaluations
- 7+ years in logistics, delivery, or related leadership
- Relentless passion for service quality
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Experience with logistics vendor accountability
- Fluency in English and French for effective communication
