Sanofi Canada Quality Change Manager
BioTalent Canada
Lead Event Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls for Sanofi Canada while applying Canadian GMP expertise across regulated activities.
This leadership role owns quality processes for Sanofi Canada’s internal and external partners. You will manage investigations, corrective actions, and planned changes across relevant Sanofi Business units. The position supports Health Canada requirements, imported products, and high-risk GMP activities while influencing stakeholders without authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own centralized Event, Deviation, and CAPA processes
- Assess criticality and manage quality escalations
- Present investigations and product release decisions during inspections
- Oversee documented, traceable product and process changes
- Track metrics and lead continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent
- Seven to ten years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian GMPs
- Experience with Canadian importation highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing abilities
