We are looking for energetic Servers to enhance our service team.
Our requirement and expectation: be excited to come to work and understand that you are the front facing individual to guests who are wanting an exceptional evening out for lunch or dinner; you are the builder of business, both ours and yours, and are the representative of our brand.

As a Server, you will:
- Provide exceptional dining experiences for SI Clubhouse guests.
- Using your unmatched multi-tasking skills, you provide exceptional service by anticipating and delivering on the needs of guests.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction.
- Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.
- Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience.
- Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
What we need from you:
- 1 year of restaurant experience + preferrable
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
What’s in it for you:
