Director of Customer Experience Strategy

Elevate customer engagement with GSW as the Director of OCX Strategy in a remote setting. This role drives integrated strategies that enhance customer experiences and foster measurable outcomes. As the Director of OCX Strategy, you’ll oversee experience architecture across various brands and accounts. Your expertise in customer journey design, omnichannel frameworks, and strategic thinking will help you develop actionable engagement systems rooted in insights and business objectives. Your collaboration with Creative, Analytics, and MarTech teams will ensure that engagement strategies are optimized for success. Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies based on audience insights and business goals
Create detailed customer journeys and experience maps
Connect strategic intent to measurable activation
Define personalization opportunities for effective engagement
Collaborate across functions to align on experience frameworks

Requirements:

5-8 years in CX, digital strategy, or engagement
Proven journey mapping and customer engagement experience
Strong strategic and presentation skills
Ability to facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops
Translate insights into actionable recommendations
