Aecon is in search of a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate and execute large-scale construction initiatives. You will be responsible for steering project management processes, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, and budget while advocating a safety-first environment. Your role is vital for maintaining high standards throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the transition from estimation to project execution
• Develop clear project goals in line with corporate initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
• Oversee contracts and subcontractor negotiations
• Provide consistent performance forecasts and reports
Requirements:
• 10+ years in industrial construction with leadership experience
• Successful track record with heavy industrial projects worth over $100M
• Post-secondary education in engineering or management
• Willingness to travel for on-site project supervision
• Proficiency with BIM and Lean methodologies
