Rejoignez Randstad en tant qu'Account Manager et engagez-vous avec des clients pour développer des relations d'affaires stratégiques dans un environnement hybride. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la création de nouvelles affaires par le biais d'une analyse de marché approfondie et d'une expertise sectorielle. Vous interagirez avec les clients au plus haut niveau pour comprendre leurs besoins et les aider à transformer leur activité grâce à des solutions innovantes. Key Responsibilities:

Analyser les tendances pour maximiser la croissance dans votre segment
Optimiser les relations clients et amplifier l’engagement
Servir de consultant pour améliorer l’expérience client
Collaborer avec la gestion de projet pour assurer une livraison réussie
Exécuter de nouveaux accords pour atteindre les objectifs financiers

Requirements:

3 ans d’expérience dans la vente technique
Compétences en communication et en présentation solides
Expérience prouvée dans l’établissement de relations durables
Solides capacités de négociation et d’empathie
Compétences avec les outils Google dans un environnement de travail
