We are looking for an exceptional front desk receptionist to join our hotel team!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Must have previous hotel front desk experience
Provides exceptional customer service
Is friendly, welcoming and professional
Is proactive, takes initiative and stays one step ahead , anticipating guests’ needs
Is a fast learner and works well in a busy environment
Is reliable, organized and detail-oriented
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Bilingual English/French is an asset
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist guests professionally and warmly
Check guests in and out
Handle reservations, payments and guest requests
Answer calls and emails
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments
Ensure every guest receives an excellent experience
WE WANT THE RIGHT PERSON!
