What You'll Do
Lead the Charge : Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Boost Customer Loyalty Develop cool strategies to keep our guests happy and coming back for more. Drive Sales Use your proven skills to generate sales and ensure returning customers. Team Builder Recruit, train, and inspire a fantastic team that works hard and has fun together. You can't do it alone ! Stay Ahead of the Game Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to find new ways to improve and innovate. Understand what is needed. Keep It Safe Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a welcoming space for everyone.
What We're Looking For - NON NEGOTIABLE
#Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the QSR scene.# A knack for customer retention strategies and sales generationyou know how to make it happen!# Strong skills in recruiting and developing talentgreat teams don't just happen!# Versatile leader with excellent communication and people skills.# Results-driven and ready to roll in a fast-paced environment.# Must have an open work permit valid for at least 1 year.
