Marketing & Sales Operational Lead

As the Marketing & Sales Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing plans and developing CRM processes to support sales growth across Universal Truck and Trailer's diverse business units. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads, enhancing our digital footprint, and ensuring that marketing efforts directly contribute to measurable revenue outcomes. This role is integral to the company's success, as it bridges the gap between marketing and sales, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain CRM systems and processes to support sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Ensure a strong digital presence through website optimization, social media engagement, and online advertising.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support sales efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing and sales operations professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales operations, with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in marketing and sales.
• Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
