Senior Actuarial Consultant in Risk Management

HUB International

Take charge of actuarial leadership at HUB International in this Senior Actuarial Consultant role. Focus on captive risk solutions and deliver essential insights to executive audiences. You will lead teams through analytical processes and help translate complex data into strategic recommendations. This role covers a range of responsibilities including TCOR modeling, collaborative risk analysis, and mentorship of junior analysts to foster growth and innovative thinking. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee TCOR and feasibility studies for clients
Manage captive program placements and negotiate terms
Analyze risk frameworks using Monte Carlo simulations
Prepare detailed actuarial reports compliant with regulations
Collaborate with teams to integrate actuarial insights

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or similar
A minimum of 10 years in actuarial consulting
Strong background in retention analysis and risk strategies
Ability to secure a RIBO license quickly
Skilled in Excel and actuarial modeling tools
