Harding Medical is searching for Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated, you are our ideal candidate!

• Assist customers by providing product information, price quotes, and delivery dates as well as recommend products.
• Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to Long-term Care, Special Care, and Retirement Living facilities.
• Visit facilities to host education sessions and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Rehab and OT departments to update them on rental programs and personal care products.
• Process customer orders and handle back orders, returns, and delivery dates.
• Greet retail customers and answer incoming calls and inquiries.
• Keep facilities informed about new products for homecare needs.
• Organize, price, and restock shelves in the retail store.
• Perform bank deposits twice weekly.

• Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1 + years in a customer service or sales position required.
• Experience in the home medical industry and basic knowledge of medical terminology an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Well organized and able to communicate effectively with others.
• Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player.
