Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Halifax, NS

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

The Customer Service Representative will support daily customer service operations by responding to inquiries, processing information accurately, assisting with orders, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

This position requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide support with orders, data entry, and customer records
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems
• Assist with resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support positive client relationships
• Assist with general administrative duties and office support
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Follow company procedures and communication standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, call centre, administrative, or office support experience considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented
• Reliable and dependable with strong time-management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
