Technical Account Manager in Data Centre

Your responsibilities span onboarding, overseeing hardware deployments, and ensuring operational processes align with client specifications. Leadership is key in executing resource planning and driving project successes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from onboarding to deployment in data centres
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams
- Perform resource planning and manage technical team
- Ensure operational processes meet client specifications
- Drive growth through enhanced client account management
- 3+ years in technical account management or data centres
- Proficiency with power and structured cabling systems
- Expert in ITSM tools such as Jira or Zendesk
- Ability to draft Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Background in Managed Services or Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
