This position involves managing collections and liaising with internal and external clients to resolve billing queries. Your role will contribute to financial accuracy and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of overdue accounts in compliance with policy
- Develop payment arrangements with clients based on their needs
- Maintain detailed communication with clients regarding invoices
- Collaborate with other financial staff to resolve cash application issues
- Identify and propose process enhancements to ARRL
- 2-3 years of experience in Financial Customer Service
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of the Architecture and Engineering sectors is a plus
