Drive excellence in process analytics as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at GreenShield. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency in a supportive environment. In this critical role, you will bolster GreenShield’s commitment to health by leading Enterprise Continuous Improvement initiatives. As a key member of the CI Center of Excellence, you will utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process analysis, recommending effective solutions tailored for organizational effectiveness. Your expertise will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on support and training. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma
- Analyze and recommend optimized solutions for current processes
- Develop standardized processes and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders on operational challenges
- Track KPIs to measure improvement initiative success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of process improvement experience
- Lean and Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills
