Loans Support Rep

Join the 'Spark' at Weyburn Credit Union (WCU)! We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused individual to join our Support Services team as a Loan Support Representative.

As a Loan Support Representative, you will play an important role in supporting the administration of our lending operations. Working closely with lenders, support staff, members, legal professionals, realtors, and external partners, you will help ensure loan transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while contributing to an exceptional member experience. You will also serve as a key point of contact for members and visitors, providing professional reception and administrative support.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
- Minimum Grade 12 education with preference for post-secondary education, plus 1-3 years of office administration or clerical experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Experience working within a financial institution, legal office, lending environment or administrative support role would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive working relationships.
