Customer Success Manager

Golden West Broadcasting has been connecting communities for over 65 years. We are proud to tell local stories on our radio stations and digital news outlets across Western Canada.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team.

What You'll Do:

-Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients advertising campaigns.
-Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
-Present results to clients, explain findings, and recommend improvements.
-Suggest changes to tactics or strategies based on performance insights.
-Identify opportunities to offer additional services to meet client goals.
-Build lasting client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.

-Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients.
-Work well with others.
-Take initiative and are comfortable working independently.
-Communicate clearly and can explain ideas in a client-friendly way.
-Are tech-savvy.
-Have a basic understanding of marketing.
