We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. What You'll Do: -Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients advertising campaigns.-Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
-Present results to clients, explain findings, and recommend improvements.
-Suggest changes to tactics or strategies based on performance insights.
-Identify opportunities to offer additional services to meet client goals.
-Build lasting client relationships to promote loyalty and retention. We'd Love to Meet You If You: -Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients.
-Work well with others.
-Take initiative and are comfortable working independently.
-Communicate clearly and can explain ideas in a client-friendly way.
-Are tech-savvy.
