Barista

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Barista (Food Service Staff) to join our team at Starbucks (Pharmasave #416) in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
-Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards
-Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
-Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
-Restock supplies and support inventory management
-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:
-Passion for customer service and hospitality
-Previous food service, Starbucks, or cashier experience is an asset
-Knowledge of food handling and safety practices preferred
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
-Strong communication, time management, and cash-handling skills
-Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:
-32 to 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Store hours:
-Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
-Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
-Candidates must be flexible and available to work opening, daytime, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
