We are a busy law firm looking for a new full time staff member. The new hire would be responsible to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take messages for staff and lawyers
- Greet clients in a courteous, confidential and professional manner
- Open new client files
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, including registered mail and courier
- Take payment in various forms while fulfilling all Law Society of BC requirements
- Perform data entry and general administrative support duties
- Complete filing and other office administration tasks
