Bilingual( FR/EN) Facilities Services Coordinator (In-Office)

In this hands-on role, you'll act as the first point of contact for clients, managing incoming service requests via phone, email, and web interfaces. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French will help you assess and prioritize requests, dispatch work orders, and collaborate seamlessly with technicians, external service providers, and client representatives. Your work directly supports the operational efficiency of key retail locations, making a tangible difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn client account details, the service request/work order management systems, telephone system, processes, and operating procedures
- Handle inbound service requests, creating and dispatching work orders to appropriate internal technicians and external service providers
- Relay relevant information accurately to frontline facilities managers
- Assess and assign priority levels to service requests to facilitate timely resolution
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and communicate effectively with technicians, service providers, and clients
- Support the completion of service requests, including proper work order processing and dispatching activities
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information and conduct all activities professionally
- Provide training or support to new team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure seamless facilities support
What You Bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including keyboarding
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or customer service
- Knowledge of service request management systems
- Leadership qualities and experience providing training or onboarding support
- Additional language skills beyond English and French are a plus
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
- Prior experience in facilities management, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in a multi-client environment is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- This is an in-office role; remote work is not available
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to a consistent schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Bilingualism in English and French is essential
