CMHC Securitization Senior Director Role
Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd.
Cameron Stephens is hiring a Senior Director to lead its CMHC Securitization function. This key role focuses on investor relationship management and pipeline strategy optimization.
This Senior Director will act as an internal authority on CMHC-insured lending, partnering with various teams to optimize pricing and execution strategies. You will oversee investor acquisition and manage the national portfolio of construction loans, ensuring the successful scaling of the CMHC platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investor relationship management and onboarding
• Oversee CMHC pipeline and loan opportunity execution
• Negotiate strategic partnership arrangements and commitments
• Monitor investor capacity for future deal execution
• Chair the Internal Credit Committee for CMHC transactions
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in commercial real estate finance
• Extensive knowledge of CMHC insurance programs
• Established relationships with institutional investors
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
• Exceptional leadership and analytical abilities
