Remote Customer Experience Coordinator at Felix

Enhance patient interactions with Felix as a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator. Provide attentive support and problem-solving via chat and email to improve healthcare journeys for Canadians. Felix, Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, seeks a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will manage high volumes of patient communications while ensuring each person feels heard and supported. Your skills in detail-oriented communication and self-directed problem-solving are essential to deliver genuine, impactful care. Key Responsibilities:

Offer personalized support to patients via chat and email
Collaborate with pharmacy and medical partners to ensure continuity of care
Guide patients through onboarding and address their inquiries
Utilize AI tools to enhance response quality and accuracy
Capture patient insights to inform company-wide improvements

Requirements:

Experience in customer-facing roles with high volume
Familiarity with Intercom Helpdesk or similar platforms
Background in telehealth is a bonus
Weekend availability required
