Peya is looking for a bar/floor manager

Peya features a delightful fusion of French and Indian influences. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead our bar and front of house team.

· Strong cocktail and wine knowledge
· Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
· Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a valid Serving It Right (FOH) / a valid Food Safe Certificate (BOH).

Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders.
· Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
· Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
· Handle cash and credit card transactions.
· Answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
· Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
· Ensure guest satisfaction.
