Overview

We have an exciting contract opportunity to join our global Construction & Infrastructure client as a Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and manage all scope variations per contract terms
• Oversee variation estimates and forecasting
• Liaise with PMs, leadership, contractors, and consultants on variation impacts
• Support cost/budget forecasting tied to variations (works alongside a separate cost team)
• Conduct risk assessment on variations
• Maintain variation records/documentation; report to senior management
• Own the variations management plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8–10 years construction PM experience, large infrastructure (rail/transit preferred)
• 3–5 years commercial experience specifically in contract/change management
• Strong contract-reading ability and contract law familiarity
• Exposure to estimating and schedule analysis
