Immigration Lawyer in Calgary or Vancouver

Join a dynamic practice as an Immigration Lawyer in Calgary or Vancouver, focusing on business and family immigration matters. This role offers flexibility on location while managing a growing caseload. The practice is looking for an Immigration Lawyer with 3-8 years of specialized experience. You will advise individual and corporate clients on various Canadian immigration matters, including permits, citizenship, and compliance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to managing active files amid competing deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on work permits and permanent residence
- Prepare and file immigration applications
- Represent clients before IRCC and tribunals
- Advise employers on LMIA processes
- Build relationships for repeat immigration work
- Called to the Bar in Alberta or British Columbia
- 3-8 years of immigration law experience
- Strong knowledge of IRPA
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven practice
