High Level Description:
The Regional Field Quality Coordinator provides Quality Control (QC) execution and Quality Assurance (QA) oversight in support of Pipeline Maintenance and project activities within the Prairie Region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba).The role is accountable for performing fundamental QC activities while providing QA oversight to ensure maintenance and project work is planned, executed, and documented in alignment with the established quality program, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Specific Accountabilities: • Provides Quality Control execution and Quality Assurance oversight for pipeline maintenance and project activities in accordance with the Enbridge quality program. • Develops, reviews, manages, and controls quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), pressure test plans, weld and NDE matrices, inspection packages, and turnover records. • Performs QC verification activities and provides QA oversight to ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Reviews Vendor, Supplier, and Contractor quality documentation for applicability, completeness, and conformance.
• Monitors, assesses, and reports on project quality performance; identifies quality issues, trends, and risks; and ensures timely and effective resolution.
• NACE / AMPP Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level II certification. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Responsibilities

Scope • Performs Quality Assurance reviews of Supplier Quality Management Plans, material requisitions, Inspection and Test Plans, and other activities defined within the Quality Management Plan. • Supports project teams by providing subject matter expertise in quality management throughout planning, execution, and close out. • Prepares, reviews, and supports the resolution of non-conformance documentation and related follow up activities. • Verifies supplier quality documentation and records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Enbridge quality and records management requirements. • Ensures supplier quality practices meet Enbridge documentation, records management, and retention requirements. • Identifies and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance quality performance and consistency. • Supports field documentation turnover activities, including compilation of records and redlining of project as built drawings. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Required • Related University degree and 4 years’ experience or 8 years of QA/QC experience in pipeline construction and/or maintenance. • CSA 178.2 Level II certification. • Valid driver’s license. • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to act as a change leader. • Proven ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Bluebeam. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred • NACE / AMPP Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level II certification. Working Conditions • Typical work environment consists of approximately 90% office-based work and 10% field presence, which may vary based on project requirements. • Field activities may include overnight stays and exposure to physical and environmental conditions requiring the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
