As a Delivery Director with focus on Client Delivery, you will be a senior consulting leader responsible for driving client outcomes through successful delivery of complex programs, growing strategic accounts, shaping sales opportunities, developing talent, and ensuring delivery excellence across business and technology transformation projects.

So, what will I do?

• Lead the successful delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream $10M+ programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment to client goals and management of financial performance.
• Independently establish and lead program governance models, executive reporting structures, decision frameworks, and risk management practices that enable effective oversight, timely decisions, and successful delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by helping clients navigate complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Monitor the delivery performance for a portfolio of accounts through deal and delivery quality reviews
• Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline while partnering with account leaders and market teams to identify, qualify, shape, and close new opportunities.
• Apply and champion delivery best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid, and product-based approaches, tailoring methods to client needs and organizational maturity.
• Champion Delivery Excellence by establishing repeatable delivery frameworks, governance standards, quality practices, metrics, and reusable assets across engagements.
• Use AI-powered tools and techniques, including predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI, to improve delivery speed, quality, governance, forecasting, reporting, documentation, and decision-making.
• Manage, mentor, and coach consultants and delivery leaders, providing direction, feedback, career support, and performance coaching to build high-performing teams and future leaders.
• Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, capability development, knowledge sharing, and succession planning activities.
• Maintain accountability for delivering against a $1.5M+ revenue target through a combination of sold and managed work.
• Maintain 70%+ personal utilization while supporting team utilization, capability health, and broader market priorities.

And, what will I bring?

• 15+ years of consulting experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives within a client-facing professional services or consulting environment.
• Significant experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and leading strategic discussions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proven success independently leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and portfolios with multiple workstreams, complex dependencies, executive-level visibility, and accountability for outcomes.
• Strong expertise in program governance, delivery management, organizational change, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and transformation leadership.
• Proven experience building, managing, and converting sales pipelines, shaping opportunities, and contributing to business development and pursuit activities.
• Demonstrated success managing project and portfolio budgets, staffing, contractual commitments, forecasting, margin, utilization, and profitability.
• Extensive experience writing, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work and leading proposal and solution-shaping activities with clients.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid, and product-based delivery models, with the ability to tailor approaches to client needs.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical experience using AI-enabled tools and delivery practices to improve client and program outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence executives and guide teams through complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams and future leaders.

We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader and/or client requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $170,000-$215,000.

In addition, there is potential for a 20% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
