We are searching for a Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator to join our Bridgeview Hall & Losier Hall team based in Miramichi, Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, or Quispamsis.

About the Opportunity

This role supports multiple communities and works closely with operational leaders to coordinate staffing coverage, manage scheduling challenges, and ensure staffing levels align with resident care needs and collective agreement requirements.

• Coordinate staffing coverage and fill shift vacancies in accordance with collective agreements, company policies, and operational requirements;
• Manage employee schedules, time-off requests, leaves of absence, and attendance transactions within the scheduling and timekeeping systems;
• Partner with site leadership to proactively address staffing challenges and support workforce planning needs;
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure operational requirements are met while identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and workforce utilization;
• Maintain accurate employee scheduling records and ensure the integrity of staffing, scheduling, and attendance data;
• Provide employees and leaders with scheduling-related support, guidance, and exceptional customer service;
• Ensure schedules are completed and implemented within established timelines and organizational standards.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience;
• Previous experience in scheduling and staffing, ideally in a large, complex environment;
• Previous experience working in a health care setting or previous experience using staffing, scheduling, or timekeeping software is considered an asset;
• Ability to provide a clear Criminal Record Check upon hire;
• A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care
