Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor in the Toronto store, you will drive sales growth and deliver exceptional service to clients in a luxury retail environment. You will build and maintain client relationships, provide personalized product guidance, and contribute to the store's overall success through collaboration and elevated customer experiences. The role includes supporting coaching and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent on-floor storytelling and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and support team sales targets.


• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients.


• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and after-sales support.


• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions.


• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.


• Collaborate with store leadership on action plans to improve sales and operations.


• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiencies.


• Support coaching, in-store training activations, and seasonal presentation events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.


• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.


• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.


• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
