Technical Support Specialist Kanata
Ross Video
Technical support and troubleshooting define this Kanata opportunity with Ross Video. Provide phone-based assistance and occasional onsite support for live-production technology.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will resolve customer technical and service problems for Ross Video products. The work combines customer service, escalation procedures, documentation, pricing information, and return coordination. You will also support emergency and scheduled service rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support inquiries and follow documentation policies
- Answer inquiries and provide Ross product pricing information
- Follow escalation procedures for customer technical issues
- Participate in emergency and scheduled support rotations
- Expedite field returns of service spares and RMAs
Requirements:
- Technical diploma in computers, information technology, or related field
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle access
